The process breaks down into four phases:
- Evaluate: the utilization rates of the workspaces, their functionality and suitability for purpose. Work method processes, personnel surveys about premises and working methods.
- Analyze: analysis of collected data and look at workplace costs.
- Propose: suggestions for improving the work environment and employees’ well-being, and strengthening company culture. Improvement of cost efficiency.
- Implement: analyzes and proposals are reviewed with key stakeholders to implement changes. Overseeing of execution and implementation of improvements.
